Free Homework Help Terms of Use

Free Homework Help is a Facebook Platform Application that provides a service whereby your friends or a professional tutor can edit a whiteboard showing a homework problem. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms of Use or do not understand these Terms of Use, do not add or use Free Homework Help in any way.

You must be thirteen years of age or older to use Free Homework Help. If you are under the age of 13, you may not add the Free Homework Help application or log into Free Homework Help. We may prohibit any user from using or accessing Free Homework Help for any reason, at any time.

1. Amendments to this Agreement
   We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Any modification to this Agreement will become effective immediately upon posting. You will be responsible to check this Agreement from time to time to see if there are any changes to that might affect your use. Continued use of Free Homework Help after any such change will constitute acceptance of all changes. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use as they may be amended, you must immediately remove the Free Homework Help application and discontinue using it.

   YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE USING OUR SITE, FACEBOOK APPLICATION AND WHITEBOARD ANSWERS ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
   
   
5. Limitation of Liability
   WE SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY LOSS OF ACCESS TO, ALTERATION (INCLUDING DELETION), OR PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF ANY IMAGES OR DATA ON THE SITE. 9. Severability
   If any provision herein is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will continue in full force without being impaired or invalidated in any way.
   
   
10. Response Times
    The response times for questions that are listed in the Facebook App are intended to be averages across all questions that are asked at different times of the day. Socratic Learning does not guarantee that these response times will be met. In addition, due to staffing considerations for this free service, some questions at certain hours of the day or at times of peak load may not be answered at all or for a significant period of time.
